These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the 4Pilots mobile application (“Application”), developed and provided by qubi / Milos Cubrilo (“Service Provider”).
By downloading, installing, or using the Application, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Application.
1. License to Use
The Service Provider grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Application for personal, non-commercial aviation planning purposes in accordance with these Terms.
You may not:
- Copy, modify, or distribute the Application
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
- Create derivative works based on the Application
- Use the Application in a way that violates applicable laws or aviation regulations
All intellectual property rights in the Application remain the exclusive property of the Service Provider.
2. Nature of the Application
4Pilots is a flight planning assistance tool designed to help users create ICAO flight plans and perform related calculations.
The Application:
- Operates primarily offline
- Does not require account registration
- Stores user-entered data locally on the user’s device
The Service Provider does not store flight plans or personal data on external servers.
3. Aviation Disclaimer and Operational Responsibility
The Application is provided solely as a planning and organizational aid.
It does NOT:
- Replace official aviation documentation
- Replace regulatory requirements
- Replace operational judgment
- Replace official briefings, NOTAMs, weather sources, or ATS procedures
You acknowledge and agree that:
- You are solely responsible for verifying all flight information with official and authoritative sources.
- You remain fully responsible for compliance with applicable aviation laws and regulations.
- The Service Provider is not responsible for flight planning decisions, operational outcomes, or aviation safety.
4. No Warranties
The Application is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service Provider disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:
- Accuracy
- Reliability
- Fitness for a particular purpose
- Non-infringement
- Availability without interruption or error
We do not guarantee that:
- The Application will be error-free
- Calculations will be free of inaccuracies
- The Application will always be compatible with your device
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
The Service Provider shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Application.
This includes, without limitation:
- Flight planning errors
- Calculation inaccuracies
- Operational decisions
- Loss of data
- Device malfunction
- Damage to aircraft or other property
You use the Application entirely at your own risk.
6. Advertising (Free Version)
The free version of the Application may display advertisements provided by third-party services such as Google AdMob.
The Service Provider does not control the content of third-party advertisements and is not responsible for their content or availability.
The Pro version does not display advertisements.
7. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions
Certain features are available through a one-time purchase or subscription (“Pro”).
All purchases are processed exclusively through:
- Apple App Store
- Google Play Store
Billing, renewal, cancellation, and refunds are handled according to the respective app store’s terms and policies.
The Service Provider does not store or process payment information.
8. Updates and Availability
The Service Provider may update, modify, or discontinue the Application at any time.
We do not guarantee that:
- The Application will always remain available
- The Application will remain compatible with future operating system versions
You are responsible for installing updates where applicable.
9. Termination
The Service Provider may suspend or terminate access to the Application at any time without prior notice if these Terms are violated.
Upon termination, your license to use the Application ends immediately.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Serbia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Serbia.
11. Changes to These Terms
The Service Provider may update these Terms from time to time.
Continued use of the Application after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
